All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Every order includes a tracking number, so you can follow your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep.

No hidden fees — all international duties, customs, and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. You won’t be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Please note: Sale and discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.
2. Delayed Shipments
We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. If your U.S. order has been in transit for more than 10 business days without arrival, please contact our support team at support@trysiaasoo.com.
We’ll investigate the delay and, if necessary, send you a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
Your happiness matters to us. If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or is missing products, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@trysiaasoo.com.
We’ll gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund once we verify the issue.
5. Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from your local post office, please contact support@trysiaasoo.com.
We’ll gladly help you arrange a reshipment (a small shipping fee may apply).
